2. Shipping Destinations

United States: We currently ship nationwide.
International Shipping: Available to select countries. Please note that customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Costs

Domestic (U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $500
- Flat Rate: $10 on orders under $50
- Expedited options available at checkout
International:
- Standard International Shipping: Flat rate of $15 (may vary by region)
- Customs & Duties: All applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility

All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. No hidden fees.

4. Order Processing Time

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM MST begin processing the same day.
Weekend/Holiday Orders: Processed the next business day.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (U.S.):
- Standard: 3–5 business days
- Expedited: 1–2 business days
International:
- Standard: 7–14 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, customs, or carrier delays.

6. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Insurance: All shipments are insured against loss or damage. Contact us immediately if an issue arises.

After shipment, you’ll receive an email with:

Tracking number
Carrier name
Link to track your package

8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, email us at info@otgexpeditions.com.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Confirm your shipping address
- Check with neighbors/building management
- Contact us for further support

8.2 Damaged Packages

Take photos of the packaging and damaged items
Contact us within 7 days at info@otgexpeditions.com
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate

9. Missing Items

Report within 7 days of receipt
Provide your order number and missing item details
We’ll investigate and resolve with either a replacement or refund

10. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
Exclusions: Certain items (e.g., personalized or perishable goods) may not be eligible.
Return Shipping:
- Customer pays unless item is defective or incorrect
- We cover costs for our errors
Refunds: Processed within 14 days of receiving the return, back to the original payment method

11. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

12. International Customs & Duties

Customs Clearance: May cause delays beyond our estimates.
Taxes/Duties: Not included in product or shipping prices; responsibility of the buyer.
Customs Policies: Vary by country—please check with your local office.
